Tato metoda je vhodn\u00e1 jak pro v\u00fdrobn\u00ed, tak pro administrativn\u00ed procesy.\tVSM slou\u017e\u00ed ke zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed stavu a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm n\u00e1vrh\u016fm k\u00a0optim\u00e1ln\u00edmu \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch informac\u00ed i materi\u00e1lu k\u00a0fin\u00e1ln\u00edmu v\u00fdrobku.
